Supervision of the network and telecommunications infrastructure
We currently supervise the radio access network and the transmission network for reputable companies in the mobile telephony industry, T-Mobile and Orange. We supervise both network resources, qualitative indicators and some of the services offered by mobile network operators. As part of the monitoring, we offer a comprehensive service of notifying events and failures in the area of ​​supervision as well as the history and chronology of the actions taken.
We have a centralised network surveillance and alarm monitoring system with telecommunications infrastructure. As part of the main and most important tasks of our modern network surveillance centre, we conduct:
- 24/7 supervision of the network and telecommunications infrastructure in 2G/3G/4G technologies of leading suppliers
- monitoring processes in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 27001 safety standards
- afe monitoring and separation of data from networks of different operators (BlackBox)
- expanding services with remote monitoring of other resources implemented in any technologies
- Fault Management, Change Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity
- 4/7 access to constant and current information on FM/CM processes in one contact point, for all types of devices and locations throughout Poland
- efficient correlation of events from other network elements (e.g. correlation of failures in a radio access network with failures of the transmission network)
